Before kicking off Day 2 at Hustle Harder, Scott brought TJ Tijani and Tonny Romero to the studio to discuss short-term rentals. After starting in traditional rentals and wholesaling, TJ found the possibilities in STR too compelling to pass up. After discovering Airbnb, TJ took the jump to STR and has been able to 3x his returns from what he would have earned through long-term traditional renting.
Plus, for those who feel they don't have the funds to get started in investing, there is arbitrage. For those that don't know, arbitrage allows investors to rent a property under a business entity. TJ breaks down the entire process and his systems, as well as how to perform the checks and balances that work with your plan.
