How do I get started?
It's the first question we hear and it's perhaps one of the most important you can help yourself answer with your preparation and attention to detail. There are a number of different strategies that investors can use to be successful with real estate investing, but you need to identify what your business plan is and really, truly understand what your risk profile is. Put your plan in writing and help illustrate for yourself and for others that you may work with in the future what your plan to be successful is and make adjustments as needed based on what you discover.
